Wanted: Aerial base

Hi All,

I've done a terrific job of snapping my aerial off in the base when trying to replace with a stubby. :headbang:

Does anyone have an aerial base that they are looking to offload or could someone point me in the direction of where i could order one that isn't extortionate?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks

Wanted: Aerial base

I expected a dastardly villain and nemesis to a comic book hero seeking a lair in which to house his flying machines...

Use reverse thread drill bit to get out buddy

Get from Halfords n explain issue

Rather than me just being a smart arse, these are the kind of thing D4dawg is referring to:

Thanks for the replies, i actually have some of the reverse thread grill bits but i fear the thread of the antenna is too small to be able to use those, i will give it a go tonight though.
If not i may have to call a main dealer, i was hoping that someone would be breaking a car and have one available as i cant imagine they are in high demand!

Zm you star;))

Another thing you could do is superglue something to broken piece in thread as shouldn't be in too hard
Leave to harden n then try to unscrew using that?

Or, a small chisel and hammer
Make a line in the screw top and try carefully with s flat head screw driver?
Just ideas:)

Ps soper do discount but nothing like other dealers if ask nicely :) my wheels I got £250 cheaper than they quoted me
