Wanted 2.5si Sport/SE

Afternoon everyone,

This is my first post as I'm yet to find my first Z4 but I thought this was a good a place as any to continue my search.

I'm really after a 2.5si Sport or an SE if the spec is right. Apart from the ride setup and the seats, is there much difference between a Sport and an SE? I've seen a lovely grey SE with MV2's, heated leather, steering wheel controls, rear spoiler etc etc but didnt know what else maybe different.

Anyway, I will keep my eyes peeled for any potential ads on here and will no doubt learn a lot more from the forum.

Hi and welcome

I had a 2.5si Sport for over three years. Similar engine performance to pre facelift 3.0i so a very capable machine.

Sport has the following over SE models and I would recommend you hang out for a Sport unless there are features from it you do not like as it will be harder to move on.

M Sport steering Wheel
M Sport Seats
M Sport Suspension
MV2 alloy wheels STD
Transmission Tuunel Armrest
Brushed Aluminium Trim

In that case I will see if I can hang on for a Sport then. The SE I've seen is lovely but for the added bits... I'll continue the search.

Hi. I was looking on this forum to see if I could sell my 2006 Z4 2.5si and spotted your requirement so have just registered so I could respond. I am selling it as I bought a Nissan Pathfinder 4x4 yesterday and now need to sell this great car which was really my play thing. It is Silver and has only 26,700 genuine miles. I'm based in chester and would like to see if this is of interest and to save money in advertising elsewhere. One slight scrape over rear wheel arch but will allow a reduction in book price as is very nice. Also has M sports leather heated seats, Steering wheel.

Hey guys, thanks for the posts and info. Appears the waiting paid off as I've now secured a stunning 2.5SI Sport.

Literally cannot wait to get behind the wheel of it and bring it home!
