I have updated my Blackberry, bought the cradle for the center console, but if I use voice commands it say 'Phone book empty', yet I can access all names and numbers using the head unit???
Yes and no. The voice control memory is completely separate from the bluetooth phonebook memory. To use voice control memory, you must dictate the entries yourself, it has no knowledge of your phone's memory.
