Virgin Rail Bans Kissing at English Train Station

Well sign or not, if I were to go on a trip no matter what, I would kiss my wife. Who knows every separation may be your last time together. It may be a wish disguised as a rule or law. Is there really a law in the UK about kissing in public? I doubt it. Knuckleheads all over the world keep putting things in place that can not be enforced. Try going the speed limit anywhere here in the US and you will get run over. Do you see anyone talking on a cell phone while driving? It’s the law here but most folks just ignore it and go on. Kiss anyway, I bet nobody gets busted for it. Here in the states I would hate to see what would happen if two guys were kissing and someone tired to arrest or ticket them. 
I agree with the Virgin Rail stance. They are trying to stop limited parking areas being occupied for undue lengths of time whilst people say their fond au-revoirs. This causes chaos, particularly at busy commuting times.
I have never understood the need for any form of public display of affection anyway. Get it done before you leave for the station, after all the journey to the station in the car is probably the most dangerous part of the journey!
