Vibration/rattling sounds from the cabin (video provided)

Hopefully the experienced out there have come across this rattling sound. Been having this since i bought the car, never bothered to investigate into it but now i though, might as well get rid of it as winter has come and predictably, my audio stopped working.

If you listen carefully, there's a rattling sound when pressing on the throttle lightly between 1000-2000 rpm.

Updated the video posted below with filtered out low frequencies and boosted higher frequencies. Rattles should be audible

Any clues on what it might be? Thought it was my sound generator hose, which coincidentally was loose however, that has been secured. Thought it was the DISA, when i took it out half a year ago, the whole thing was bust and now it has been rebuilt with the aluminium parts. Could it be any of the head shields or possibly down the exhaust pipes rattling? I'm not convinced its the VANOS as that was rebuilt with the Beisan systems seals back in 2016.

Hopefully this rattle takes a trip down memory lane for some of you. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Really sorry, listened a half dozen times but can't pick it out.
Could just be my jet engine knackered ears though.
I'm thinking if it happens in a certain rev range then it is most likely to be resonance.
Does it happen at those revs when stationary? Any chance someone could have their head under the bonnet while you rev it?

Hah, sorry gents. i will probably record another time and filter out the low frequencies. as far as i'm aware, the issue doesn't occur on idle. only when there's load. On neutral it doesn't produce this rattle, it does on every other gear. i want to find an empty lot to test it on Reverse

I will try to get a phone in the engine bay while stationary. Maybe i should mount a GoPro in the engine bay as well to test while driving. Not sure if that's a smart idea though

Can't hear it either and I know every road in Eindhoven so should be able to filter that out

Can you "feel" the noise in the gear lever at all?

Yeah, that loud thud is just the typical half done road work in Strijp-S..

Don't notice anything strange with the gear lever at those RPM's, it's been two days since i've driven so i will attempt to get a recording from the passenger side. For now it sounds like it is coming from the drivers side but one thing i learned, sound bounces everywhere and throws you off when trying to investigate.

PLEASE tell me if you can hear this now haha, filtered out the lower frequencies and boosted the higher frequencies to highlight the rattle. For my ears it is quite noticeable in the cabin without the radio turned on.

I can go higher if needed.

My revs in the video aren't constant but hover around 1500. When i lightly accelerate, you should be able to hear it.

I do hear it, sounds very metallic, first time
I thought there was a train next to you

Filtered the low frequencies out. Recorded from the non-UK passenger side. Ignore the fumbling around sounds, not sure what the missus was doing.

Still any ideas where to look? I'm convinced that its just a loose screw rattling around somewhere.. been like this for more than a year
