:o

Cat D not disclosed on advert? If clean and straight though, that is the bargain of the century! Worth a phonecall for any potential buyers looking at the lower priced end of MC's...

£11k!!!!!

Humm - looks a big grubby and the front bumper looks like it has a scrape. Nothing too much to sort out tho if it works out and is straight...1200 mile check would be interesting to check out...

Strange isnt it how a low priced M sparks suspision - what if it had been 14.5k :)

Total insanity, basing the value of a 6-year old 78,000 mile car on whether it had a running in service at 1,200 miles or not. Even if the running-in service had been missed, it's had 76,800 miles to show up any problems. I'd be much more concerned about how it has been driven for those 78,000 miles than whether or not a service was carried out in 2007.

Hi Philip

My comment was purely "...to check out" - not to base any value of this had or had not been done.

Agree with the rest of your comments however

Cheers
Jamie

Jamie - my apologies if I misinterpreted what you'd said.

(It does surprise me that so many people will reject a second-hand car on a single factor - whether it be running in service, number of owners, presence of the antediluvian sat nav or whatever - rather than looking at the condition of the car as a whole).

Wheels look kerbed, damage on the front bumper, generally a bit tatty and cheap ish (Falken and Kumho) tyres on by the looks of it.

May be worth a punt but considering good clean examples are going for £13k with similar mileage not really as cheap as it looks IMO.

Usually when cars are in this condition they are consistent throughout in my experience I.e if corners have been cut on damage and tyres to save money there will be corners cut elsewhere too which is never good on high maintence cars.

No worries / but yea I agree. I guess it's just more of a bargain to whoever is wiling to take a look with a good dose of common sense :)

My god it's even cheaper now, £500 knocked off!

I wonder if he'd take £10k....?!!

FBMWSH, 56 plate, serviced 2k miles ago, 12 months MOT, lots of goodies inc Nav, nice :)

Glad I sold mine now for what I did and when I did. Actually no I don't, I miss her everyday!
