Amen

I suspect they don't have complaining numpties living in little villages near circuits that have been there far longer than they have, in Dubai! Turn it up to 11 Vanne
Also there's no rain, which is handy with a bonnet like that :D
I can imagine why you feel the need to run an extra oil rad on track out there.

Oh, interesting to know that's a universal problem! We have the same issue here - if you don't like the sound of a racetrack don't buy a bloody house near one! :headbang:

Really?! In Australia, surely you've enough space not to build houses near circuits, alas I can understand common sense rarely prevails
In the uk we have fairly heavy restrictions at pretty much all the circuits (bar anglesey which is practically in the sea!). I think I'm right in thinking some of these new 458's, aventedors.. etc... would have no chance of getting on most uk track days.
The circuit I frequent mostly is apparently continually hampered by one (yes 1!) unpleasant local resident

@Vanne what's the weight saving on this guy? I'd imagine not a whole lot vs the ali bonnet we have but then again it all counts taking weight off the front of the car. Hard to do.

Yeah we have plenty of space, but the population all packs in along the coastline. Back when tracks got built they were in the middle of nowhere but it's now prime development land so suburbia is encroaching!

Wow Vanne, your car is already so gorgeous now with this its gonna look insane... :D

By any chance, this one came off the other Red Z4M in the US?

Sorry, but sad to say that Anglesey (Ty Croes) circuit is as peed of with the local numpties as anyone else

Despite it only being one or two of the numpties near the circuit entrance, and that the circuit have put up noise-absorbing banking around the place, they've still been limited by the local council to less days that they'd like.

You don't see them getting the RAF to stop their low-flying jets though :P

The hood weighs half of the original hood. But will still need to be clear coated, so I'd add a few grams here and there.

not sure really, its been a pretty steep month, with the brembo kit, hood and STb, and shipping ontop of that. looking at roughly 10K US in parts. Needless to say, the missus isn't too happy with that.

I do want to get my steering wheel done in alcantara, but depending what that is going to run at, I might go the quick release hub with a nice racing wheel, but not sure about that yet.
It def wont be this month. lol :tumbleweed:
