In reality how much is this car worth?

I’m getting a bit fed up it just keeps breaking now
I need a whole bunch of consumables for it 2x rear tyres, prob front discs + pads, window mechanism, possibly new front tyres as they also seem to loose pressure randomly.

The garage who looked at its alignment recently also said they thought its front shocks looked worn and had some appearance of weeping.

Rear parking sensor needs doing which sounds a pain even tho I have a new one painted and ready to fit.

At the end of the day it’s 120k 16yrs old. I need reliability and I’m not sure it’s there.

All of these things I know are just consumable parts and I could just give it to a garage and sort it but at what cost?
 
Guessing it is a 16 yr old Z4 with 120k on the clock in need of a bit of work but you don't give any other details
 
Without knowing the engine size, gearbox type, colour, spec, service history or condition, it's quite hard to value it I'm afraid!
 
To be honest, we even have to just assume it's a Z4 as you're on this forum.
But hey, I'm an optimist. £50 quid. I'll have it now! :D
 
You've had your use & value out of it Dom.
You are capable enough too ( not everybody is). so break it.
Some cars reach that point before others but by your own description there seems little point spending any time or ££ going forward.

Possibly, why hide it. If anyone had an inspection on it then they would find stuff anyway. In reality this car will be passed on through a dealer or we buyanycar. I’m not hiding anything as i don’t see why. I don’t think it has any massive value. I’m trying to decide if I should cut and run or if there is any point giving to a garage with a remit of fix all bits listed.

Sadly I don’t live somewhere that I could otherwise some of the bits Would be done. The thought had crossed my mind. That and shoving the lump in another kit. And your right it doesn’t owe me anything. Not at all.
