Upgraded Daily

Well last February I replaced my trusty E46 325i Compact with an E91 325i - I don't quite know why, but I've never really gelled with it. :?

So a week or so ago I picked up an E90 330i as it's replacement - what a difference another 40PS makes! I didn't use it until today, but after 75 miles it feels great. :D

OK it's old man spec with beige leather and wood on the dash but 2 weeks today I enter a new decade so maybe that's appropriate (firebobby would love it), but it's also got the optional split/fold rear seats, Bi-Xenons, power fold mirrors, tilt/slide sunroof and a DAB tuner - perfect for longer A-Road/Motorway trips.

I had been idly wondering about upgrading my E86, but as I still enjoy it I decided it was a better idea to upgrade my daily as I do more miles in that. Plus it was a bit cheaper doing that.

So as this is z4forum photos are a must, so here's a couple of shonky 'phone ones from earlier.

Your slowly going over to the wooden side then you old git :P
I still have that nice plank ready for the coupri mate

I don't need a plank thanks Fred - hot hatches don't have wood do they?

And it's a manual - only way to go for me! :)

Added bonus was it came with a 2nd set of wheels with nearly new Hankook winters fitted - result! Even if it only had about 40 miles of fuel in it! :(

So that's BMW No. 7 acquired - I just need to sell the E91 now!
