Upgrade rear bumper for my 2004 2.5 E85

Now that I have everything to hand to upgrade the front end of my 2004 E85 I now need to look at the rear end. I already have an 85m rear bumper in need of painting, but no, I am not looking to rebadge my car, it will stay as an unbadged model with a double exhaust at the back. I just like the look that the 85M back end gives you. What I now need to consider, hence this post, is what do I do for an exhaust. I have seen some "Fox" exhausts advertised on Ebay, but wonder if a better and possibly cheaper approach would be to have one fabricated in the UK. I am seeking any help or advice I can get on this forum. I am more than happy to fix the bumper myself, but would be looking for a professional to fit the exhaust

Worth looking at powerflow exhausts. They make custom systems at a reasonable cost.
You used to be able to pick the note of your choosing and they make it to your preferences.

When upgrading to the M bumper when I last looked into this I read you'll need the facelift rear lights to match, along with new light surrounds.

Hope this helps

You'll need to get the facelift light surrounds too. I tried doing this the other day to test fit everything.

The surround is like the link below.

There are similarities but ultimately it's best to just get the facelift surround rather than modifying. Of course you can easily run facelift lights without the surround till you manage to source some. Won't cause you any issues.

You'll also need to modify the bumper rail which runs along the car just underneath the boot.

And modify the actual body work so that the light can sit inside properly. This is due to the bulb placement on pre and post facelift being in different places so the holes don't line up 100%

Think that's it. Give me a shout if you need to know more, got some pics and stuff somewhere.
