Unlit Essex Roads being 'booby trapped'

I've just seen this on Sky News. Honestly what is wrong with people? Are they so stupid, thick and twisted that that want to possibly cause the death of someone. What for?

A few years ago a motorcyclist was was killed in High Wycombe after someone moved a concrete obstacle into the road, the poor bugger didn't have a chance as it was just over bridge. Sick Bar stewards around

Good grief, it wasnt long ago we had muppets launching rubble from road bridges all around essex-it sounds as though they have changed their tactics slightly :x
If i caught them doing this i'd drag them behind my zed for a few miles as a warning :thumbsdown:

I've been playing catch-up on episodes of "Police Interceptors". Love the show but frustrated by the number of non custodial sentences handed out for a variety of crimes.
As it's vehicle damage only at the moment, these Essex halfwits would probably walk away with a slapped wrist and community service. Let's hope they're caught before someone gets hurt.
