Hi all,
Dont suppose anyone on here knows an alternative for the official BMW Service line do they? Website telephone number is 0906 209 0001 but its a whopping £1 a minute. I can just imagine ten minutes of menus followed by another ten of the assistant tracing the car and following up various bits and bobs adding another twenty minutes on top! Good money spinner.
To put you in the picture I phoned customer services and explained I needed a replacement log book, preferably with stamps in and they said that I would have to ring the godzillion pound a call phone number and get all the details of the dealers that sold, serviced, purchased back and then sold the car again. Then I should contact them individually and see what they can do for me. Grrrh. Atleast its an option though - so I keep telling myself.
Cheers
