I've got the common three lights problem on my '07 2.0 Z4 so after checking the codes contacted BBA Reman. to get the ABS unit fixed, they said they would arrange collection of the part from my work by the courier firm UPS on Tuesday 2 May, from my work, I finish at 16:00 and it still hadn't been collected when I left, came in next day and it's still there. Rang BBA who contacted UPS who said they would pick it up, again by 16:00 it was still on the shelf at work so I rang BBA and told them to cancel the collection as I would post it instead.
£26 and a guaranteed delivery by 12:00 today ...anyone else had probs with courier firms ? it seems an ongoing issue with me, my heart sinks whenever I have anything to do with them, Yodel being by far the worst who actually delivered to a pharmacy a mile away from the pharmacy where I work, not even the same firm and the parcel was correctly addressed.

I have used many different couriers at work over the last 10 years and Yodel are without a doubt the absolute worst of the lot. I call them No-del ! Just appalling. I've never had any issues with UPS myself. Currently using DPD without any issues. :thumbsup:
 
Royal mail or UPS No trouble. :thumbsup:

Only used Yodel twice. Twice they where rubbish. :thumbsdown:
