You can and they will fit just fine. However, you're going to end up with a 3.6% increase (23mm) in front and a 4% increase (25mm) in rear diameter. As a result your car will be 12mm higher off the road and the speedo will under-read your speed, so you'll be speeding and not know it.
In my experience, (and I've done this) you'll get no rubbing on the arches unless your wheels are attached using spacers.
