Tyre sizes and Lowering question

I'm looking to get some new wheels - 19 inch and i am unsure of the tyre sizes i need for the wheels...

225/35/19 with 235/35/19 Falken FK453
225/35/19 with 255/30/19 Falken FK453
225/35/19 with 265/30/19 Falken FK453
Which pair are best?

Also once i have put the wheels on the zed, i am wanting to lower it! What do you reckon is the lowest i should go, 35-40mm with the FK springs or 30mm with the eibach.

If anyone has a picture of CSL's with either of these springs it will be appreciated!

No pictures from me, but I think the 255 rears will be the best fit for the 9" rim. I'd also stick to Eibachs for lowering. Any lower and you may get issues with rubbing.
