Tyre pressure

I have a M30i with 275/255 35 R19 Pilot Super Sports fitted. I’m unsure what pressure to set them at. I’ve been running them at 2.2 bar, but I’ve noticed there is an ‘eco’ value of 2.7 bar that’s listed as another option on the sticker, drivers inside door pillar

There is no M30i in the E89 family…

I don’t believe there is a M30i in the G29 family…I assume you mean the M Sport?

Very few are fitted with 275 fronts and 255 rears?

If you increase tyre pressures, you reduce rolling resistance (friction). This will potentially result in slightly reduced fuel consumption, hence the 'eco' banner.
Downside is tyres tend to wear quicker and provide less grip.

You could try 2.5 bar; a happy medium. As long as you don't go over the tyre manufacturer's maximum (should be printed on the side wall), they should be fine.
