tyre pressure for 18" p zero runflats

hey, what psi should i be using for 18" p zero runflats, 225/40 R18 front and 255/35 R18 rear, i've got 30 psi in the front and 32 psi rear at the moment and its driving quite nice, Im only asking cos the warning light come on after a 250 mile drive and when i questioned the psi on bimmer forums one lad was quite bemused!

My 2.0 Se has a tyre pressure chart which is on the drivers side door piller,your's should be the same.I'm not running 18's but they might be on the chart inside your door.
