Two Questions: Wheels & Brakes

I have just had my wheels rufurbished and I want to know how tight to tighten them when I put them back on?

Also I replaced the front brakes so had to put a new sensor in when I bought them, will the light go out on the dash now this is done or will I have to reset something?

I tighten my alloys up to around 80lb/ft. This was recommended to me by a local tyre fitter.

The brake wear sensor light should go out automatically after a few cycles of the ignition.

110-120Nm is spot-on (around the 80-90lbft mark).
Sounds like your plug/socket connection on the wear sensor is not quite right. Give it/them some wiggle, and get someone to watch the warning light with the ignition 'on'. It should extinguish without a reset.
