Confined to quartes today I have spent a fair amount of time browsing ClassicCarsForSale.co.uk, well worth a look - set yourself a budget for hours of fun! Anyway that brought me to find this lunatic, TVR Speed 12 Road Car...

After all the discussions of induction kits and air ducting it was this that prompted the post :o

Reliability aside I've got to love TVR for the simple fact that they made such insane cars :)

"Heading the auction is ‘W112BHG’ the TVR Cerbera Speed 12 described as ‘meticulously restored’. Estimate for this most outrageous of all TVRs is between £130,000 and £160,000."

A few other gems on there too.

Had a TVR Vixen many years ago (1974..... :oldman: ) based on Ford running gear but a great car and reasonably reliable! Have always fancied returning to the marque but costs, kids, reliability issues etc made me do other things. Shame they are no longer being produced, some stunning designs in later years.

Managed to take some photos of (various bits of) a SpeedTwelve when I was at TVR in 2000 (thinking of getting a TVR at the time, but glad I didn't).
