I am decorating one of my bedrooms and need to connect the TV on the wall to something to get freeview (or any channels for that matter).
The TV has freeview built in, but obviously needs an aerial to receive it.
I have an aerial already set up inside my loft, which currently has cables connected to it, which runs to the master bedroom TV and kitchen TV, which both have freeview on them.
What, in easy to understand terms, do I need to connect the TV to this aerial? I know I need coaxial cable, but what connectors do I need?
Also, the aerial wire will need to be hidden behind the wall, so this will make it a bit more difficult. Are there any boxes I can plug into the TV, so I don't need to use the aerial at all?
Sorry for the questions, but I'm having major brain fade regarding this subject  I feel like I'm making a mountain out of a molehill.
Just for reference, this is the TV currently:

And this is the exterior wall behind it, so theoretically I could come out the wall in the loft, where that black cable is coming out, and then back in behind the TV?
