Tripped Alarm and FOB , Power Doors and Windows don't work

I was trying to install Techtronics Cabrio Module and my car alarm with interior motion sensor tripped and won't disable. The FOB doesn't lock or unlock the car and neither does the central console button. The power windows won't work either.

I pulled Fuse 30 to disable the alarm.

I am at a complete loss ... can anyone help?
