Nice  . These are usually quite hard wearing and will last well. I have one (much older model) that cleans up well but a bit tight on the wrist (bought 2nd hand so no spare links) and doesn't get much wearing.
Curious - what is the bluetooth for?

Cheers enzed4
You download an app that let's you set the times or alarms on your phone and it Bluetooth's it to the watch. You can also press a button on the watch and your lost phone bleeps. Its solar powered as well!! Btw I've got a shed load of links if your bracelet is the same. I think it was made for an elephant as the shop took 4 links out when I tried it for size. I bought my son an edifice for christmas last year and I always liked it. Bargain at Samuels at £159.00

Thanks for the kind offer but my bracelet is different - doesn't have the polished centre link bits. Ta for explaining the bluetooth function. I love mechanical watches, but am a gadget geek at heart so can't help picking up watches like this  . Love 'em

Very Nice :)

Why does it have reverse? :?
When it's linking via Bluetooth the second hand parks pointing to the 'R' which I assumes means reading. When Bluetooth connection is achieved it swings to the Bluetooth symbol....I think

I did exactly the same with my christmas dosh, got this from watchshop.com. got a price match, £97 off the price. well chuffed.

Hi, I am also into mechanical watches, been collecting for some time now.
Is there many vintage traders in your part of the world ?? I did look on the main
sites but NZ rarely appears. Always on the lookout for these models if you see any ping me.
Do you have anything in particular you look for ?? I"m usually swapping or trading up where I can.
regards Stan

I've needed a new watch for ages and an Edifice was near the top of my list... I have to confess I saw this post and immediately went and bought one

Ha ha....I'm well chuffed. Bargain!

Had to order it in though - chap working in the shop had bought their only one ! He did let me try it on though, it is just the right size and weight for my wrist.
