Howdy,
You know how sometimes you think something is wrong but you can't be sure you're not imagining it? Well anyway, I'm pretty sure something is up now :/
I have a 6-speed manual 20i and have noticed that when I am decelerating there is a whining noise coming from somewhere around the transmission tunnel (at least I think so). Seems to be less pronounced in the higher gears, and disappears as soon as I put even light pressure on the loud pedal. I'm thinking it might be a bearing and am hoping it's propshaft rather than gearbox. Car has done 50K miles.
Sound familiar to anyone?
(Photo 'cos, well why not
