Traffic Reports on Radio

I can almost hear resounding replies along the lines of "RTFM" (as in read the ** manual) but I'm at work and don't have it, poor excuse I know, and I'm impatient does anyone know off the top of their head how to turn off the automatic traffic reports that pop up on the radio (all very useful of course) but currently interrupting my enjoyment of Sied Van Riel. Thanks guys, you are my font of all knowledge xx
