Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum. I've seen so much information on troubleshooting common problems. Now, I'd like to seek help solving the following problem: My BMW Z4 is a 2005, 3.0i Roadster version. I bought it two weeks ago and it has 163,000 miles. I noticed four lights have come on (TPMS, ABS, Brake, and a small triangle with an arrow surrounding it). This was intermittent, they would turn on and off, but now they stay solid in the cluster. The ABS sometimes goes off. I've scanned the car and I have some codes: 5E40 PRESENT
Steering Angle Sensor Signal Not Plausible, offset.
611B NOTPRESENT
Error Code 15: Steering Angle
6127 NOTPRESENT
Error Code 27: Steering Angle Test Condition Not Fulfilled
6128 NOTPRESENT
Error Code 28: Vehicle Speed Test Condition Not Fulfilled
611E NOTPRESENT
Error Code 18: Vehicle Speed
612A NOTPRESENT
Error Code 30: Mileage. I've heard it could be the Steering Angle sensor located on the steering column. Others say it's the yaw sensor located under the passenger seat. I should mention that the car was parked in the field, so the mice did their thing; they ate the radio wires, and I don't know about any other wires. Where should I start?
