If you're going to install the Intravee then you'll probably be buying from these guys as theyr're the sole distributor.

He suggested returning the intravee and the KCA-420i(not bought from him) so he could test both to see what was at fault.
Even showed me them working in his car when I went to collect on a Saturday afternoon whilst he was in the middle of a spot of DIY.
He even had to go out of his way to collect my parcel from the P.O after a failed delivery.
