Has anyone ordered any? I ordered two back in August and were delivered today but unfortunately one is broken kinda sad. Theres been some hoo har that Yodal who are being used to deliver them have been throwing the boxes about etc and not taking enough care. Mine were delivered in seperate boxes which were undamaged and looking at how they've been put in the box which is a tight fit it looks like they're being damaged when packaged up. Great shame.

I've e-mailed Historic Royal Palaces for a replacement as per on the website. I understand they have some in reserve so guessing they envisage breakages.

The packaging inside is quite nice and you get a booklet and certificate.

The delivery guy did the last mile, what you don't know is how it was treated before that during the delivery operation.

No doubt his replacement was put through the extensive Yodel delivery training plan.

1. Deliver as fast as possible
2. If you dont get an answer in 2 seconds - leave the parcel anywhere.
3. Under no circumstances return parcels to the depot undelivered. If you can't find somewhere to abandon the parcel put it in a bin somewhere.

Still waiting on ours, an aunt who ordered some time after us had hers a couple of weeks ago, are they delivering alphabetically?

If I was a delivery driver I would treat these parcels with utmost respect as I appreciate what they represent.
