Torque specs for water pump nuts and thermostat bolts

Wonder if anyone can help me with some torques;
1. 4 nuts that connect the water pump to the engine block itself
2. bolts for the pulley that sits over the water pump
3. Three 10 mm bolts for the thermostat, and the other one that sits under the engine hoist mount
4. bottom engine mount nuts (the ones that sit above the front wishbones. Had to remove these to cock the engine to the side to remove water pump)
5. V belt tensioner bolt

Thanks!

1. Depends on nut size: M6 = 10 Nm, M7 = 15 Nm, M8 = 22 Nm
2. 9 Nm
3. Depends on bolt size: M6x25 = 9 Nm, M8x30 = 22Nm
4. 42 Nm
5. Are you removing the tensioner? If not you just lever it over to get slack in the belt.

Hope that helps.

Check the PM I sent you too. :wink:

Thank Martin!

I wasn't going to replace the tensioner but it appears the belt came with one. Clearly forgot I ordered a kit. The bolt came out quite easily so I assume it's nothing nuts.

Pm you say? Will do!

Just looked and can't find a torque for the belt tensioner, sorry.

All good man. Wasn't that difficult to loosen so just tightened a bit with a breaker bar.
