top problems...

Good Morning
I installed the top after I repaired the pistons(top hydraulic). I moved the pump into the trunk. Everything works. But the roof did not go all the way down,
(5cm gap) the red lamp flashed. I tried the roof outside the car and everything worked. Any ideas ??? Thanks
 
I’ve heard the way the roof folds either side of the rear window can effect the closing ability, you do mean as the roof lowers, right? :?

I know ... that's not the problem. The gaps very big(5 cm). And the red lamp flashes. An indication that the roof did not finish the operation
