Top behavior outside the US

Since I got NCS working I was able to overwrite the disabled one-touch-up for the passenger window and disable the annoying seat belt chime...

Anybody could tell me if outside the US the top can be activated with the remote, either up, down or both? I think is called "Comfort Opening and Closing" (available in the E46 convertible since 2001). I can now open & close the top by inserting the key in the door and holding it in the unlock position. Anyone knows if in some market is possible to do the same using the button on the remote? For example holding the unlock button on the remote to lower the top.

Note: I know there's the Reinhold module mod, but I'm not interested it...
 
yea there is, with mine i can hold the unlock button down and after around 3 seconds it opens the roof, im sure you can get it programmed to do that?

How about going up? Can you do it too?

Anyone with a knowledge of German could guess what ZTR_SCHALTER_TIPP could refer to? Maybe is the one touch control for the soft top...

Well the key part of the keyword is ZTR_SCHALTER the FH_***_TIPP_AUF[ZU] has to do with the "one touch open [close]"... I think ZTR is an abbreviation of something... "SCHALTER" translate to "switch"...

I don't know what Pete at Pete's Autotech used, but he was able to get my top down to go up & down (windows included) via the key by pressing the button three times (or is it three seconds?), downside is I have to hold the button down, soon as I let go it stops.

My understanding is that some aftermarket consoles such as autoligic are able to access the GM directly and make these changes...
 
I would love to have theese functions, actually I have NCS expert and cables but I havent been using it yet.....well, I think I have to learn to do it! :D
