TIS manual for e89 2.0

Hi folks
I am trying to get hold of a service and repair manual for the e89. Happy to pay for it but there don’t seem to be any?
Anyone know where I can get one?
I have seen on line versions but apparently BMW have blocked them?
Am I missing something.

You can access newTIS but you have to be 'invited' by an existing member...
