Suggestions wanted please 
Just spent a week in the historic walled town of Vannes (not my video), Brittany, which has great beaches nearby with :friends: and have decided to spend our last week travelling along the Atlantic Coast of France and then down into the North Eastern tip of Spain in the Z4 to get the ferry back from Bilbao to Portsmouth. The plan is loose, the tank is full of 98 RON (for now), Mrs MrDo is navigating (read that as has control of the iPhone TomTom) and any tips appreciated.
Recommendations for the following..... good routes/roads , hotels etc :dance2: , restaurants, bars :dizzy: , vineyards :drinkwine: , beaches 8) or anything of interest en route gratefully appreciated 
So far thinking of stops at
Bordeaux :drinkwine: :drinkwine:
Biarritz
San Sebastian (ES)
For those interested the Brittany Ferries trip Bilbao to Portsmouth for the Z4 and 2 passengers is £278, takes just under 24 hours. An extra £80 gets an 2 person cabin with window ensuite bathroom with shower, towels etc.
