From here it seems like it will be Z4 not Z5 and RWD only with 20i, 30i and M40i engines.

The Zeds replacement has arrived at Tilbury Docks so should have it soon, at least it has a sunroof I can stick me head out of

Daft as it sounds the Zed was always garaged or under cover during the day when not used and all I can think of is it sitting outside in all weathers now and it's torrential rain today, I know it won't be long before the hood will turn from red to green Still not my concern now, hope it's looked after.
