Thumbs up for National Tyres ( eventually )

Went to go out this morning ( Fiesta D\D ) noticed a screw sticking out of front tyre - took it to National Tyres for repair - was about to leave it with them and asked how much for a puncture repair these days - blokey says £24 - I go to pick up wheel and say - I'll take it elsewhere ( I'm a thrifty bugger ) - blokey says wait sir - We'll do it for £19 - I say I'll agree to £15 and he agrees - I pick it up later - he brings it out and puts it in the boot - I go to pay and he says no charge sir - just remember us when you need tyres in the future.

I've had similar from Kwik Fit. Changed wheels over to Winter tyres and removed the locking wheel but that I buggered. No charge, so gave the guy £10.

Another time they did lots of work diagnosing brake problems but I was trading car in so didn't have any work done. No charge, so have the guy £10.

Will defo go to them for tyres next time round...open on Sunday as well.

National tyres did an oil change for me last week, £38.16 all in, Castrol 5w 30 Edge. No complaints. Indy wanted £92!
