Three Amber Warning Lights (DSC, ABS and RDC)

I had a quick search, but couldn't find any threads with the exact same fault...

Basically, the three amber warming lights shown below have come on with no apparent cause. I've checked the tyre pressures (all fine), and took it out for a long spin yesterday, with no obvious issues.

I don't think it's relevant, but I have recently changed wheels, and replaced the lower control arms.

Any thoughts?! Anything I can check? If not, it'll be into the BMW specialist. :(

Might be that it needs a laser alignment due to the new control arms. I must admit, I thought that since there's no adjustment in the control arms (they just bolt on) that the alignment shouldn't be affected, but I suppose the new arms only need to be fractionally different to throw the alignment out.

could be a bit of dirt on a wheel speed sensor,, take for for a good drive and see if it clears , this happened to mine after doing my rear brake pads :)

Did you reset the TPMS button after the wheel changes ?
 
Sounds like wheel sensor, I had the same go on mine last year

Hold the button down until the light goes off,(it's on your centre console)

I only heard recently that you should be driving it when you do this, not 100 % sure about that, but it makes sense as the abs uses wheel rotation to detect a low pressure wheel.

You're supposed to press and hold the button after doing the tyres when stationary until the light comes on, then drive off. The light will go off after a short while = reset.

I had this set of warnings come up on mine - I am sure it tells you what it is in the manual, but can't remember exactly... However I stopped, switched the car off for a couple of minutes then drove off - no lights, hasn't happened again in the few months since.
 
I had this only the other week. whilst driving in the salty snow. panicked initially but after testing the abs to check they still worked i ignored it. I washed the brakes and wheel, and the sensors went off, took it for a long hoon for um...reassurance :driving: :roll:
 
Just a follow up for anyone that may also suffer this fault.

I had the tracking done yesterday (Protyre, Bristol, recommended). A couple of miles and engine restarts later, and the lights have gone.

Sounds perfect.

Just to show how sensitive the system is: I drove out of some deep snow and with a lump of icy snow still clinging to the inside of one of my wheels. Had the same combination of lights, which duly went out once the snow got catapulted outside.
