I think they look quite good. It's getting under anything hydraulic I'd be worried about..

Just thought it would be a pain raising them up though having to keep switching to balance the height

pretty useless really? I don't even know if a Z would make it up?

anything fluid related...oil change etc...car is at such an angle it wouldn't drain properly.

cant get to anything at the back end.

to high up to lay underneath, too low down to crouch.

not to mention it looks about as safe as shark diving with a nose bleed!
