Im still on the lookout for a a coupe looking for the right one to come along they look so much better than the roadster not sure why but they do each to their own opinions and thats mine and think about it when is the a same model car more expensive on coupe ? never except for the Z4 and thats for a reason

Yep....Roaster with the top up, roadster with the top down, Coupe, all look fantastic........but First Prize in the Zed Beauty Contest just HAS to go to the Roadster with OEM Hardtop fitted :wub:

Quite apart from the lardiness (good call - true), from what I have seen most cars start out as tin-tops and are then adapted to be soft-tops - the latter therefore always comes out as an 'upgrade', and is presented as a premium model, despite it being lardy-er and with compromised handling. The Z4 was developed the other way round, with the coupe launching at the same time as the mid-life facelift - therefore it represents the premium upgrade in this case, with added lardiness and compromised Joy


...hence the higher price. Maybe. Just a theory obviously :|
