I have a few LEDs out on my M clear breaklight so need a replacement.

Any of the breaker chaps have a good condition one?

Had a genuine one on order since way before Christmas as an upgrade. Expecting a “ no longer available”

Good luck

Aren’t the eBay ones different as in that they don’t sit flush?

I called and it is nowhere in the BMW network, so no chance of that coming.

I am still loooking, just don't really want to go down the aftermarket route as they don't fit properly

I’ve not had any problems with eBay ones. There’s probably good ones and bad ones out there. They are very cheap - £20-odd to find out whether it fits or not (if not, send it back), or wait ages and spend £££ on a BMW one.

Do you have a link to one of the eBay sellers that you have good experience with? Sending it back is to China though

Cotswolds are now saying £88.88 inc vat plus delivery but not available to order currently, none in uk or Germany!

£88 for something thats on back order or get one on eBay for £20....... Buy from a uk seller and you can send it back if it doesn't fit.

That's 3 times I've said it now, is anyone listening yet!

Yep, I will have to try one. Just reading the reviews and it mentioning that it doesn’t fit is a bit worrying of course

Probably not just the lens as the leds would have to be swapped as well as they will be red rather than white light.

I was thinking to look if I could repair the led parts that have failed, but need a spare for that as well. So may get a clear eBay job and see if I can transfer the parts across if it doesn’t fit properly

You put your lens on the red unit, simples.

Unless the leds are a different colour.

Inside a red lens tail light the leds are red.

The lens is superglued to the black housing. It's not impossible to remove but it can be tricky.
