For the Angel eyes/halos. Although there is no light the outter rings still light up

Rofl you don't believe us do you! You've worked out the high and low beam is a single xenon with a shutter so what did you think the other light could do? It's just for the signature BMW twin lamp look.
 
Well done, its not difficult, more heart in your mouth waiting for something to snap. But approach it gently and ta-da. The sound may be a bit off at first as I found, but it warmed up in time.
