Think I just had an idea on how to de ginger very cheaply

I'm really not convinced that the mirror tint will have any reasonable life on the outside of the headlights. Also looking at examples they are no way a clean example.
I'd certainly split the headlights and fit it on the hockey stick if doing it. That way it will last and have real neat lines.
Conceptually it will work well as I covered the amber glass bulb domes on my indicators with mirror tint film and they work perfectly, removing the 'fried egg' look of white hockey sticks.

Now that is quite impressive,
Does it still let plenty of light through ?
Might just have to get some as its only cheap and will peel off if I don't like. I wonder how close the grey would be to Stirling ?
Not sure about doing the headlights though.

Yeh, seems to let the light through fine enough. Must allow sufficient though if it's considered road and MOT legal.
