Thick tar on front bumper

I noticed some thick tar on the front bumper today. It initially looked like someone may had backed into my Z, but upon closer review, there was no ding, dent or scratch. My guess is that the typical bug and tar remover won't do the job on this one. I got most of it out, but can't get the remaining tar off. Any suggestions?

If you happen to have Naptha laying around (which is the base ingredient in any gum remover), you can try that. Safe for paint, but leaves an oily residue. :)

I find Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover pretty much get rids of anything... again, safe for the any paints, but recommend you wax over afterwards :)

That's what I use. Naptha VM. Then I use detail spray to get the oily stuff off.

I was able to get the tar off. Unfortunately, there is a tiny speck that I thought was tar, but in fact is a small chip the size of a felt tip pen tip. Once I get touch up paint, you won't be able to notice it. Thanks for your help.
