They're finally here !! (Pic Heavy)

Lovely looking wheels, really suits the colour of the car, if you like the centres, that's what matters.

Is there a reason that you have 3 boxes of Brembo brake pads?

Haha nice spot!

A mix up with Amazon, I thought I ordered one, turns out I ordered three! Don't ask me how I managed such a clusterfuck move because I really don't know :?

But rather than send them back I thought I would unload the other two on here for anyone who's looking for a new set of brake pads.

Okay, two questions....

How much were they? And when do we get to see photos of them on the car?

Regards
Eddy

1. £500

2. I've gone and bought all the gear to do a big brake upgrade so it's going to be a bigger job, I don't have the time to do it until weekend :(

Look good, but very wide on your car. Is the offset correct? :)

Offset is fine, 9.5J offset 35 on the rear, 8.5J offset 45 on the front. Front tyres will need changing as they are 245-35.
I think you'll find his remark was a joke in response to your last two pics

Yeah, I saw the pics and thought 'Carlos Fandango rides again'

Those wheels do look nice, but also not a big fan of CF style wheel caps (although I do like the black and white ones).
Looking forward to pics with the wheels fitted on the car

Wheels look great OP.

I would keep the BBS centres too, but it's your car so your choice!

V nice buddy
Hope sealed the wheels as stops dust etc esp on that polished rim

Yeah I'm going to keep the bbs caps, preferred them from the get go (after received) but I thought there would be a lot more negativity towards them on here. Turns out I was wrong!

That's why I love this place, I can never gauge what the general consensus will be until you ask the question. And opinions can vary wildly from one person to the next!

I've got some Poorboy's World Wheel Sealant under the sink, it's been good to me before and seems to have a good reputation.

Bah. I had mine on 1h:20 after they arrived.
Packing plastic and all.
Car jacked up and going around.

Defiantly know that exciting point.

Side note. I kept the Crave2 Center caps in mine over the BMW Roundel. Always ment to order black and white centers, just aint felt the need to get around to it. (And screw the consensus cops) I spent 2k on my rims and screw what others think.
