When you notice a rogue noise in your perfect Zed.
Try to ignore it ?
And you become totally focused on it.
Absorbed !
Sounded like loose change .
Where could it be ?
Checked all the obvious locations.
Cigarette lighter, glove box etc
Even removed the CD Stack ..
Vacuumed the seat rails and parts unknown under..
Damn rattle ...Out !!!
Then ...Without really looking
It came to me ..
Almost serendipitously ..
Acoustics are like that dontcha know ...
Worse for aged ear drums ...
More wax than most
(and Im talking wax genetically related to those who wandered various deserts ..
That's the toughest form of wax designed to withstand sandblasting
Or so I have been told)
Only Roadster owners should continue.
No fix required for Coupsters.
That docking hardware on the top windshield frame
Where the roof hooks.
That poor excuse of a roller bearing ..
German design / probably American manufacture ..hummpf !
Like what possibly could go wrong with that unholy union.

The location of my subliminal aggravation.
Replace the lithium grease with a dab of more viscous moly.
I expect that will return my world to Nirvana ...
