Glen Fry passed away yesterday aged 67, as a life long Eagles fan this is a very sad day for the music industry.

Take it easy Glen, you will be missed

Indeed - very sad - a huge loss. I feel privileged now having seen the band a few times live. RIP Glenn.

One of my favourite bands of all time.

Had the privilege to see them at the O2 which was a night I'll always remember.

What a start to the year, so many heroes gone.

So many people can't even spell his name right - Twitter is full of tributes to "Glen Fry" :x

Yes privileged is a good term. one of the best bands ive seen live, great musicians all, and those first few cords of the acoustic version of Hotel California send tingles down your spine
