What’s the best deal, service, discount you get from your local dealer (BMW franchise or specialist)?
My local dealer generally gives 10% discount on parts and service. Will post parts if I can’t pickup at no cost (reasonable size that is....). Collects the car from my house and delivers the same day or a.s.a.p after service, repair. Minor service/repair while you wait. When rear springs on the Zed broke out of warranty they replaced at no charge (I heard the service guy on the phone to BMW insisting they replace at no charge – the guys a hero). They couldn’t match a London dealer on discount price on my last purchase but have been happy to do services and minor (at the moment....!) warranty repairs on this vehicle without quibble or debate.
