That dreaded time of year - MOT

Had mine in for an MOT last month and they snapped one of the number plate bulb holders and bonded it back on with auto glue. Only realised when i got home and realised it was hanging off. Rang up and they didn't give a monkeys...

How they do it for £35 quid I don't know. I'd rather pay more and have someone who gives a toss look at the car.

Hate MOT time :headbang:

same here... really hate these guys that basically couldn't give a care less attitude, however, my local new halfords auto centre is a peach and the viewing area is so perfect for over protective owner, the mot ramps are new are flat to the floor and the viewing area is basically a big glass box literally next to the car, everything and i mean everything is on view, i felt more comfortable with them doing than my dealer, all mature blokes too, will be using i from now on.... had 2 cars MOT's here now but they are insanely picky, right down to finite details.... But apart from the hugely fat MOT tester, i feel my car is in safe hands!

Took mine on Tuesday to the dealers. Passed with no issue although they reckon the clutch is sticking and want to investigate on my warranty. If I get a new clutch out of it I won't complain.
