Hi to everyone!!!
I was given a BMW 2005 Z4 convertible
Scared of it at first, lol. Drove it from Gulfport, Mississippi to Pensacola, Fl. No issues. BUT...something is up with the transmission...sometimes putting it in reverse, it jumps a little. Then when I put it in drive, it acts like it won't move, unless I really press on gas, and it almost crawls forward. 
Some times it's super quick though!!!! I love the car, but feel like it will eventually leave me stranded 
Any help as far as what to do to help it, so I can keep it would sooo be appreciated!!! Thanks for reading

Is it a stick shift or and auto transmission?
