Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone in this forum who's ever contributed to the sticky steering and eps motor removal discussion.
I didnt have any dash lights but when hot, it would struggle moving out of centre. After hours of reading the various threads, I decided to do everything!
So today, using your posts, I managed to drop the column and pull the motor out, which I'm now going to send to ECU Testing for a rebuild.
It's out of MOT, so when it goes in, I'll get my man to grease all the UJs while he's there and then pray that these two changes will fix the issue. I really dont want to have to drill the column.
I'll update in due course.
