Pat the wife, kiss the dog...
Jump in the P90D and set workplace destination...
Set driver sleepytime golden slumbers mode...
1 hour later arrive at workplace...
Remove shaving cut tissue bits...
Saunter into the orifice...
Flirt with Sharon from procurement at the coffee machine looking as fresh as a daisy having benefitted from an extra hours' sleep and a chillaxed commute!
