Television module

Hello,

Where will I find the television module in my z4? Is it in the boot?
Just don't wanna pull it all apart without knowing exactly where it is.

yep.. boot. bout the size of a shoe box. white and blue plugs...

iirc looking into the boot with the trim removed, BT is first on the left, then the TV module is in the middle - it covers the hole into the centre console through the firewall.

Sorry about my 2 post..

I found the module, how on earth to you disconnect those cables? The seem very tight and have little black clips//ties on them :?

They are locked in place - Dont just try and pull them out.

Pull the plastic lever (located on the plug itself) towards you. This unlocks the plug, and it should come out nice and easy.
